Putting on an event such as our Claw In, and especially having been awarded the honour of hosting this extraordinary CCOA-sanctioned 50th anniversary Regional Show, incurs some pretty serious expenses.
To help dissipate some of the financial burden on our small club we are encouraging interested parties' help in sponsoring our event.
Trophy Class Sponsorship: one or more trophy classes ($75 per class). Individuals or businesses sponsoring one or more trophy classes will be recognized by having their names on the awards as well as being acknowledged in the show programme, by name during the trophy presentation and in the club newsletter. Single awards may also be sponsored for $40 each.
Intermediate Sponsorship: of $200 or more will be acknowledged in the show programme, by name during the trophy presentation, and rewarded with one-year's free 1/4 page advertising in our club newsletter which is distributed to nearly 100 members in western Canada, the US Pacific Northwest, various countries world-wide as well as other local car clubs who share our newsletter with their club members. In addition, we offer a 10' x 20' display area at our show site on show day for any interested vendors.
Major Sponsorship: of $500 or more will be acknowledged in the show programme, by name during the trophy presentation, and rewarded with one-year's free 1/2 page advertising in our club newsletter which is distributed to nearly 100 members in western Canada, the US Pacific Northwest, various countries world-wide as well as other local car clubs who share our newsletter with their club members. In addition, we offer a 20' x 30' display area at our show site on show day for any interested vendors.
